Manage your account, personal information and seller wallet.
Creating an Atticard account is quick and free.
Three login options are available:
- Google — Sign in with one click using your Google account.
- Facebook — Use your Facebook account to register.
- Email (magic link) — Enter your email address, receive a login link in your inbox, click and you're done. No password to remember.
On your first login, choose a unique username that will be your identity on the platform.
Your account security is provided by Firebase Authentication, a Google security service.
Best practices:
- Social login — If you use Google or Facebook, your Atticard account security depends on your social account security. Enable two-factor authentication on these services.
- Email verification — Make sure your email address is verified so you can recover your account if needed.
- Log out on shared devices — Remember to log out if you're using a public computer.
You can update your information from the Settings section of your account.
- Profile picture — Add or change your avatar.
- Username — Change your display name visible to other members.
- Billing address — Update your address for invoices.
- Shipping address — Change your default address for orders.
The Atticard wallet is your financial management space as a seller, powered by Stripe Connect.
How it works:
- Setup — Configure your wallet by verifying your identity and adding a bank account.
- Receiving funds — After each sale validated by the buyer, the amount is credited to your wallet.
- Balance overview — Track your earnings and transaction history in real time.
- Withdrawal — Transfer your funds to your bank account whenever you want.
If your identity verification has failed, here are the steps to resolve it:
Common rejection reasons:
- The document is blurry or information is not readable.
- The document is expired.
- The selfie doesn't match the document photo.
- The document type is not accepted.
Accepted documents: national ID card, passport. Driving licences are generally not accepted.
