Buying & Payment

Buying a card on Atticard is done in a few simple steps.

1. Find your card — Use the search bar or browse the marketplace. You can filter by set, rarity, condition and language.

2. Check the listing — Review the seller's HD photos, stated condition, price and seller reviews.

3. Add to cart — Click "Add to cart". You can buy multiple cards in a single order.

4. Choose your pickup point — Select a Mondial Relay pickup point or locker near you for delivery.

5. Pay securely — Complete your purchase by credit card via Stripe. Payment is secure and protected.

Atticard accepts payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment partner Stripe.

All payments are protected by 3D Secure, which adds a verification step with your bank to prevent fraud.

You can also save your card for future purchases to simplify the payment process.

Your money is held securely until you validate receipt. It is only released to the seller once you confirm everything is as described.

For each purchase, buyer protection fees of 5% + €0.70 apply. These fees are paid by the buyer.

They cover:

• Payment escrow — Your money is held securely until you validate receipt of your card.
• Platform commission — The operation and maintenance of the marketplace.
• Dispute guarantee fund — In case of a problem, you are protected and can be fully refunded.

The seller receives 100% of the price they set. Fees are only paid by the buyer.

Delivery on Atticard is handled by Mondial Relay, a network of pickup points and lockers in France.

At checkout, you choose your pickup point:

• Locker — Automated locker accessible 24/7 (€4.10)
• Pickup point — Partner shop with opening hours (€4.10)

Once your package is available, you receive a notification and have several days to pick it up.

You can cancel your purchase as long as the seller has not yet created the shipping label.

In case of cancellation:

• You receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• The seller's listing is automatically relisted on the marketplace.

If the seller has already shipped the package, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can open a dispute if the card received does not match the description.
