Orders & Tracking
Track your orders, manage your receipts and resolve any disputes.
After your purchase, you can track the progress of your order in real time.
Here are the different stages:
- Payment confirmed — Your payment has been validated and the seller is notified.
- Label created — The seller has validated the sale and prepared the shipment.
- In transit — Your package is being shipped via Mondial Relay.
- Available at pickup point — Your package is waiting for you at the selected pickup point.
- Picked up — You have collected your package.
Tracking is updated regularly between 8am and 7pm.
Typical delivery times are 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Here's the detailed process:
- Seller validation — The seller has 5 days to validate the sale.
- Shipping — After validation, the seller has 7 days to drop off the package at a pickup point.
- Transit — Mondial Relay delivers the package in 2 to 5 business days.
You are notified at each step. If the seller doesn't meet the deadlines, the sale is automatically cancelled and you are refunded.
Once you've picked up your package, you need to validate receipt from your buyer dashboard.
Inspect the card — Check that the card matches the description and photos from the listing. Verify the condition, language and edition.
If everything is correct — Click "Validate receipt". The funds are then released to the seller.
If the card doesn't match — Open a dispute before validating (see "Open a dispute" article).
If you take no action for 5 days after pickup, receipt is automatically validated and funds are released to the seller.
If you encounter a problem with your order, you can open a dispute.
Valid reasons for a dispute:
- The card received does not match the description or photos.
- The card's condition is significantly different from what was stated.
- You haven't received your order despite tracking showing delivery.
- You suspect a counterfeit card.
How it works:
- Open a ticket from your order page explaining the issue.
- Both parties provide evidence (photos, tracking).
- Our team reviews the case and makes a decision within 48 to 72 hours.
Possible outcomes: full refund to the buyer, or seller protection if the claim is not justified.
Several situations can lead to an order cancellation:
- Buyer cancellation — Possible as long as the seller has not created the shipping label.
- Seller cancellation — The seller can cancel before shipping if they cannot fulfil the order.
- Automatic cancellation — If the seller doesn't validate within 5 days or doesn't ship within 7 days.
In all cases, the buyer receives a full refund (card price + protection fees + shipping fees) to their original payment method.
